Return Period
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Conditions for Returns
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
- Include all original tags and accessories received with the shipment.
- For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (such as panties, bodysuits, and bras) can only be returned if they have not been worn directly on the body and if the hygiene seal remains intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at help@modelise.com or use the contact form available on our website. Kindly include the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Items you wish to return
Once we receive your request, our team will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (defective, incorrect, or damaged item), Modelise will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product for the refund to be issued.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above-mentioned conditions.
